Yolanda Jean
Seruga
A life filled with love.
A love that lives on.
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher. Remembering the warmth she shared, the lives she touched, and the love we carry with us always.

Forever loved. Forever remembered.
“I love you to the moon and back.”
A promise shared every day
A beautiful life.
An enduring legacy.
Her love lives on in all of us.
Yolanda passed away on September 13, 2026. She leaves a family who treasures her: her husband, Tony; daughters, Yolly Bishop and Hillary Hurst; and grandchildren, Lacey and Levi, who knew her as “Lita.”
She filled ordinary moments with joy—family gatherings, dancing with Tony, and sunsets together. Her playful spirit and generous heart made the people around her feel loved.
A high school English teacher with an advanced degree in English literature, she helped young people find their voices and discover what they could become.
For Tony, Yolanda was his closest companion and the love of his life. Their story lives on in family traditions, treasured adventures, and thousands of handwritten love notes.
